Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Cusco and travel to Machu Picchu Town

Upon your arrival in Cusco, our team will be waiting for you at the airport or bus terminal with a sign bearing your name. From there, you’ll be comfortably transferred in tourist transportation to your selected hotel, so you can begin your journey worry-free.

In the afternoon, you’ll depart from Ollantaytambo station aboard the Expedition train (or another option of your choice) heading to Machu Picchu town. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the station and escorted to your designated hotel for your convenience.

Day 2: Sunrise in Machu Picchu + New Year's Dinner

In the morning, we will head to the bus station to begin the ascent to the majestic Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. There, you will explore its main attractions, such as the Viewpoint, the Intihuatana, the Temple of the Sun, the Main Square, and the Temple of the Three Windows, among others.

After the guided tour, you will have free time to walk at your own pace, enjoy the surroundings, and capture unforgettable photos. Afterwards, we will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time for lunch (not included).

In the afternoon, you will board the train back to Cusco and be transferred to your hotel. Finally, to end on a high note, you will enjoy a special New Year’s Eve dinner show at Tunupa restaurant, located in Cusco’s Plaza de Armas.

Day 3: Departure transfer

On the day of your return, you will enjoy breakfast at your hotel (according to the selected hotel category). Then, at the scheduled time, our team will pick you up for your transfer to the airport or bus station, ensuring you arrive comfortably and on time.

Rates vary depending on the room type and whether the traveler is Peruvian or foreign. These rates are valid until December 2025 and do not apply during long holidays or peak season.
